How can I buy from LunDi?

Shopping at Lundi is quick and easy. Explore our collection, choose your favorite pieces, and add them to your cart. Then, simply proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and complete payment. We'll process your order with the utmost care and as quickly as possible.

How do I know if the product is available for delivery?

All products are available for delivery unless marked "Out of Stock." When this happens, you won't be able to add them to your cart.

Do the prices mentioned include VAT?

Yes, the prices of all items mentioned in our store include VAT at the current legal rate.

Can discount coupons be used in conjunction with other current promotions or discounts?

No. Discount coupons cannot be used simultaneously with other current promotions or discounts, except in campaigns that clearly indicate this possibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you make a mistake when placing your order or want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page.

Shipping and Returns

Can I return or exchange an item if I'm not satisfied?

As a rule, no . Since our personalized products (such as name onesies, diapers, or blankets) are made especially for you , they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

This rule is set out in Decree-Law No. 24/2014 , which excludes the right to return custom-made or personalized items.

If the item has a manufacturing defect , of course we'll take care of everything — just get in touch with us.

Can I return a personalized item?

No. Personalized products (such as named or custom-designed items) are created especially for you and are therefore not covered by the return policy . They can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect .

Are discount coupons also applied to the shipping cost?

Discount coupons apply only to the value of the products, excluding shipping costs.

How should I send an item I want to return?

The item must be returned in its original packaging , with tags intact and without any signs of use . Ensure it is well protected to prevent damage during shipping.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Shipping/return costs are the customer's responsibility . Only in the case of a return due to a defective item , LunDi will cover the shipping costs.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. In the event of an exceptional delay, we will contact you immediately. Delivery is via CTT (Bouexpress) .

What are the shipping costs and conditions?

For shipping within mainland Portugal and the islands , the cost is €3.99 , but it's free on purchases over €50 . International orders may be subject to customs or import fees , over which LunDi has no control — we recommend checking with your local authorities.

Can gift cards be purchased at a discount?

No. Gift cards can only be purchased for the value they represent, and discounts, promotions, or coupons cannot be applied.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once payment is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. If you don't find it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Are the products manufactured in Portugal?

Yes. All our items are produced in Portugal , with special attention to quality, comfort and baby safety.

Are the patterns exclusive to LunDi?

Yes! The prints were designed exclusively for LunDi for babies, which makes each piece even more special and unique.
